 INT-50 blinds are designed for the interior and for shading of bigger areas. They are also useful in places where other, weaker blinds could suffer mechanical damage of slats. The aluminium slats are 50 mm wide...
and are standardly delivered in 15 colour shades. The 40 x 40 mm head rail is of zinc-coated enamel-painted steel, the same applies to the bottom rail. Both rails are delivered in white and silver. The bearing winder and wheels are made of high-quality plastic which ensures smooth and noise-free running. We offer several options of operation - by an endless cord, a crank or a motor.

The early history of the venetian blind is conjectural. The early Venetians, who were great traders, are thought to have brought the idea of the blind from Persia to Venice. The Venetian slaves, once freed, are then thought to have brought the blind to France for personal comfort and as a means of livelihood. The French name for Venetian blinds is "Les Persienes." In 1761 St. Peter’s Church in Philadelphia was fitted with venetian blinds.
