The HARMONY blinds are only made in the interior version. The blinds can be installed both on the window frame and on the wall or ceiling. Thanks to this, the blinds are possible to be used for dividing spaces, for placement in the window recess, etc. The inclining of the slats is done by a transparent hollow wand, the lifting and lowering of the blind is done by a cord with a cordlock. The blinds can be delivered with a 0.18 mm slat in 33 colour shades or with a 0.21 mm slat in 59 colour shades, or with a 16 mm wide slat in 9 colour shades. The head and bottom rails can be in 11 various colour shades. The bottom rail is delivered in a "C" shape. This blind type can be produced also in Privacy Line (fully closed) version.

The early history of the venetian blind is conjectural. The early Venetians, who were great traders, are thought to have brought the idea of the blind from Persia to Venice. The Venetian slaves, once freed, are then thought to have brought the blind to France for personal comfort and as a means of livelihood. The French name for Venetian blinds is "Les Persienes." In 1761 St. Peter’s Church in Philadelphia was fitted with venetian blinds. Read more
